NOTE:

¨ T1167 - .030 wall, Non-Conductive lined, virgin PTFE (TeflonÒ) tubing, with single layer of 300 series stainless steel wire overbraiding.

¨ T1170 - .030 wall, Conductive lined, virgin PTFE (TeflonÒ) tubing, with single layer of 300 series stainless steel wire overbraiding.

¨ PTFE Tubing - Cold head extruded tetrafluoroethylene powder (DuPont T62).

¨ Teleflex Medium Pressure Smooth Bore Hose meets or exceeds SAE 100R14 specifications.

¨ Available Fittings: Carbon steel or 316 stainless steel, Styles include male pipe (wrenching hex and non-wrenching hex), female swivel JIC's, flanged and sanitary fittings. Swadged or crimped.

¨ Accessories: The addition of sleeving and other protective accessories can added to the hose to protect the exterior from physical abuse, thus dramatically extending the life of a hose assembly.

Chafe sleeves - Sleeving options available:
· Extruded - Santoprene®, Hytrel®, Estane®, FEP and polyurethane
· Slip-on sleeves in neoprene
· Heat shrinkable - PTFE, FEP, Polypropylene and PVC
· Braided sleeves of Nylon and Polyester.

Fire sleeves - Both extruded and slip-on in silicone to insulate the hose from both exterior heat and interior heat losses.

Spring guards & metal armor guards are available for all hose sizes.
