The Innercore is comprised of extruded DuPont PTFE Teflon (0.03" wall), which offers exceptional resistance to temperature cycling and kinking. For applications requiring exposure to temperatures in excess of 500°F (260°C), hoses are furnished with an all metal, convoluted innercore.
     Reinforcement is provided by one or more layers of braided 304 stainless steel wire.
     End Fittings are a progressive swage or crimp design available in stainless steel, brass, or aluminum (male pipe thread, female 37° JIC, sanitary flange, other other option)
     Heating Element is made from a strong nickel alloy, multi end fine guage stranding, offering a large effective heating area.
     Thermal Insulation provided by multiple layers of quality, non-flamable material.
     Outer Cover is composed of a tough polyester bradied jacketing.
     Electrical chacateristics can be matched to any required voltage, phase and power configuration. A variety of wiring options, temperature sensors, temperature controllers, and temperature control methods are available to match most requirements.

Conrad Heated Hoses and Heated Filters are custom designed and manufactured incorporating proven materials throughout. Available in a wide variety of hose core inner diameters and in any desired length from 10 inches to 75 feet long.
