Type - C

Flexible Two-Ply Neoprene
Coated Polyester General
Purpose Hose


Federal's Type-C Neoprene hose is strip wound using a polyester fabric coated on both sides with layers of neoprene and reinforced with a carbon-steel wire helix.

Type C provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance and is certified to conform to UL-94-O by Underwriters Laboratories.

Temperature Range:      -40°F to +250°F

Flame Retardant:                    UL94VO, Method 5903

Applications:
Exhibits oil and grease resistance, and is not affected by soaking in water, weak acids, or alkalis. Type C offer an excellent range of choices for moving air, and transporting dust, fumes, smoke, and orders.

Thermoplastic Rubber Hose


This quality thermoplastic rubber abrasion resistant hose holds up extremely well against damage by weather, oils and ozone. Constructed of quality thermoplastic rubber for medium duty usage. Also this hose has superior chemical resistance to harsh chemicals that neoprene can't handle. Type R meets UL-94-HB and Federal Motor Vehicle Standard 302 for flame retardance.
